Pro+ horizontal beater rear discharge manure spreader with twin horizontal rotors over large rotating disks, is designed for increased output, productivity & precision spreading of well-rotted manures, composts, & bulk materials.
The Pro+ HBS spreader offers farmers and contractors the ability to spread a wide variety of farm manures or bulk products efficiently while consistently giving an accurate spread pattern across the range of spreadable products.
Hydraulic double acting slurry door & a rear rotor hydraulic canopy door with adjustable spring-loaded hood drop point with border control limiter as standard.
The horizontal twin beater spreader provides high application rates and a wide spread pattern with consistent material breakup.

AgriSpread's focus on reliability & quality ensures spreaders hold their residual value. The body is shot blasted, two pack painted and oven baked ensuring a high quality finish for corrosion resistance and long life.
The monocoque hopper design enables a consistent flow of material to the twin vertical beaters ensuring an even and accurate spread pattern is obtained even with the toughest of materials.

- Dynamically balanced 865mm twin boron beater rotors with boron fights.
- The high tensile BORON stepped spiral pattern flights are made from heavy duty S355 Tube to offer the most robust twin beater on the market.
- The 12mm reversible boron flight tips can finely shred and chop up material.
- Adjustable large diameter 1,085mm disks with twin paddles.
- Uniform material spread width up to 24 mtrs depending on material density & quality.
- Wide angle 1000 rpm PTO with driveline & disk paddle shear bolt protection & automatic HD cam clutch protection for the spinner disks & the horizontal beaters.
- Heavy duty torque cam clutch as standard.
Heavy Duty Workload
- Fully welded construction with double heavy duty 20mm floor chain, marine grade 80
- Galvanised heavy gauge box profile with quick fit single slats that the speed can be controlled variably
- A preset cross flow relief valve is used on the floor drive to eliminate damage to the floor drive mechanism due to foreign objects.
- Pro+ VBS Series floor width: 1,600mm.
- Hydraulically driven chain floor design.
- A range of different axles are available to optimise ground clearance, using 406 x 120 s-cam brakes for effective braking on road and field use while running empty or full.
- Full ISOBUS automatic application rate control is optional with load cells & sprung drawbar to ensure rate is maintained relative to speed.
