Spread Accuracy

Independently certified & accredited to spread fertilisers to 36m and lime to 12m, built to last, functional in design and easier than ever to operate. 

All AS Series models feature a stainless-steel spreading deck system with adjustable rear deck positioning for corrosion resistance and long life. The spread width can be fine-tuned by adjusting the deck forward and back.

 02 Reduce Input Costs

In order to reduce input costs by minimising overlap, AgriSpread offers Section Control. The SCS Section Control covers 10 sections across the working width, operating in conjunction with field shape and GPS map data alongside the auto shut off for headland and border control functions to reduce over and under rate application.

The MAN truck hopper mounted fertiliser and lime spreader is favored for its low ground pressure and all wheel drive. 

Benefits: 

  • Cab and engine over front axle enabling perfect weight distribution (no overloaded rear axle)

  • Man truck can be shipped direct from factory for spreader to be fitted

  • Permanent 4wd with transfer case lock and front and rear diff lock

  • Tipmatic gearbox with 12 road gears and 12 off road gears (close gear ratios)

  • Off road mode to change gears quicker at higher engine revs

  • 290hp engine

  • 1150 Nm torque

  • Air suspension on rear with manual ride adjustment

The self propelled hopper mounted units can travel faster with better suspension, with less tracks in field featuring section control, & load cells for auto calibration and auto rate control. 

Suitable for row cropping and preferred in large farming regions such as Canada, USA, South America, Australia and Eastern Europe.

The front end, entire rear section, and bottom one third of the bin is made from stainless steel. All the nuts, bolts, pipes and hydraulic fittings are also stainless-steel.

ISOBUS Auto Rate Control

The AS2000 Series comes with Auto Rate Control - automatic application ECU for precision farming. Rate control integrates with load cells, Variable Rate, GPS Guidance regardless of speed & product density.

Load Cells

Load Cells

Load weight cells are mounted on a double chassis design which ensures they are shock proofed. Four-point load cells ensure spreader accuracy at all times with all products. The load cells can calibrate the rate on the go and adjust the CAL factor for products of varying bulk density.
