The AS1000-2K Series precision spreader incorporates high specification features along with functional design to deliver the target rate at the highest level of accuracy, whether spreading fertilisers, lime, gypsum, bio-sul, sand, compost, salt, pellets, basalt & dry flowable bulk products.
Independently certified & accredited to spread fertilisers to 36m and lime to 12m, built to last, functional in design and is easier than ever to operate.
Spreaders are offered as either direct land drive or hydraulic drive with no PTO requirement. All models feature a full stainless-steel adjustable spreading deck system across the range.

Precision Farming
The three speed belt floor gearbox- land drive options are available on models AS35-2K to AS120-2K. This option allows for a wide variation of belt floor speeds providing a direct relationship between forward speed and application rates with out electronics.
02 Headland Border ControlBorder Control allows the adjustment of spinner speed at the touch of a button on the ISOBUS or Land Drive models to reduce spinner speed independently
whilst boundary spreading inorder to minimise environmental damage (water bodies) wastage or boundary/crop overthrow.
SCS Section Control x 10 Sections- Single Belt across the working width, operates in conjunction with field shape and GPS map data alongside the auto shut off for headland and border control functions to reduce over and under rate application.

Greater Spreading Flexibility
Fertiliser Discs are easily managed and inter-changeable to allow for a quick & simple change between lime & fertiliser applications. Lime, Bulk Product discs are easily interchangeable to non-fertiliser discs for bulk product applications with different disc options available: salt, sand, gypsum, basalt, etc.
Hydraulically driven spinner discs (no PTO) give optimal control of the spinner disc speeds for normal spreading, boundary spreading & single belt section control spreading.
Precision Spreading
Variable rates using mapping technology can be applied and can accurately apply product with variable bulk density using dynamic auto calibration.
Four load cells and a variable speed floor belt guarantees the target rate regardless of forward speed in order to reduce input costs.

Auto On/Off x 1 Section - Single Belt
SCS Section Control x 10 Sections- Single Belt
Standard base specification, single belt format with Auto On/Off GPS control, VRA ready, ISOBUS with optional “Section Control Single”.
The' SCS' allows for independent LH & RH spinner speed reduction while also reducing belt floor speed as the working width is narrowed to ensure that the overall average application rate remains the same across the width being spread.
It covers 10 x sections- 5 left & 5 right. Boundary or headland spreading is also a one-touch operation to reduce the spread width on any side of the spreader.
Built to Last
All nuts/bolts where required are stainless steel to prevent corrosion and reduces maintenance while lengthening lifespan of machine and parts. All spreaders use a combination of stainless & mild steel components.
All mild steel components are shot blasted& painted in a temperature-controlled environment using certified two pack commercial paint & oven baked for a durable maintenance free finish.
Product Highlights
Stainless Steel Spreading Deck
All AS Series models feature a stainless-steel spreading deck system with adjustable rear deck positioning for corrosion resistance and long life. The spread width can be fine-tuned by adjusting the deck forward and back.
Land Drive
A three speed belt floor gearbox allows for a wide variation of belt floor speeds providing a direct relationship between forward speed and application rates without electronics.

Stainless Steel key Areas & Fittings
The front end, entire rear section, and bottom one third of the bin is made from stainless steel. All the nuts, bolts, pipes and hydraulic fittings are also stainless-steel.
