The AS85-2K is an all-rounder spreader in the single axle AS1000-2K series due to its 8.9m3 heaped capacity and a 11.7 ton carrying capacity.
Standard specifications include dampened drawbar, double chassis and high speed commercial axle, available in 2m & 3m axle track width, 650/65R30.5 tyres & full stainless steel spreading deck as standard.
The entire rear section and bottom one third of the AS100-2K hopper is made from stainless steel and features a full stainless-steel spreading deck system as standard.
Suitable for row crop farming and a range of wheel options available from tractor grip to low ground pressure.

A land drive option is available on the AS85-2K model with a three speed belt floor gearbox. This option allows for a wide variation of belt floor speeds providing a direct relationship between forward speed and application rates with out electronics.
Border Control allows the adjustment of spinner speed at the touch of a button on the ISOBUS or Land Drive models to reduce spinner speed independently whilst boundary spreading in order to minimise environmental damage (water bodies) wastage or boundary/crop overthrow.
SCS Section Control x 10 Sections- Single Belt across the working width, operates in conjunction with field shape and GPS map data alongside the auto shut off for headland and border control functions to reduce over and under rate application.

Product Highlights
Stainless Steel Spreading Deck
All AS Series models feature a stainless-steel spreading deck system with adjustable rear deck positioning for corrosion resistance and long life. The spread width can be fine-tuned by adjusting the deck forward and back.
Land Drive
A three speed belt floor gearbox allows for a wide variation of belt floor speeds providing a direct relationship between forward speed and application rates without electronics.
Fertiliser and Lime discs
Fertiliser and lime discs are easily managed and inter-changeable to allow for a quick & simple change between lime & fertiliser applications.
Load Cells
Load weight cells are mounted on a double chassis design which ensures they are shock proofed. Four-point load cells ensure spreader accuracy at all times with all products. The load cells can calibrate the rate on the go and adjust the CAL factor for products of varying bulk density.
