Stainless Steel key Areas & Fittings

The front end, entire rear section, and bottom one third of the bin is made from stainless steel. All the nuts, bolts, pipes and hydraulic fittings are also stainless-steel.

Hydraulic Drawbar

Hydraulic Drawbar

The AS2220T comes with Hydraulic Suspension drawbar for greater stability in the field and on the road. It provides better weight transfer to the tractor.

Load Cells

Load Cells

Load weight cells are mounted on a double chassis design which ensures they are shock proofed. Four-point load cells ensure spreader accuracy at all times with all products. The load cells can calibrate the rate on the go and adjust the CAL factor for products of varying bulk density.

Stainless Steel Spreading Deck

Stainless Steel Spreading Deck

All AS Series models feature a stainless-steel spreading deck system with adjustable rear deck positioning for corrosion resistance and long life. The spread width can be fine-tuned by adjusting the deck forward and back.

Fertiliser and Lime discs

Fertiliser and Lime discs

Fertiliser and lime discs are easily managed and inter-changeable to allow for a quick & simple change between lime & fertiliser applications.

Reer Steering Axle

Reer Steering Axle

The rear self-steering axle on tandem models minimises dragging when cornering making the spreaders easier to tow. There is much less soil and crop disturbance as well as less wear and tear on the undercarriage.
