NEW AS3000 Series

Launching at Agritechnica! The AS3000 Series delivers wider spreading work widths, higher spread rates per hectare & faster working speeds.

Through extensive test hall and in-field evaluations, the rear twin hydraulic folding conveyor feed twin disc spreader can achieve increased spread widths of up to 48 meters for urea, over 52 meters for mineral granular fertilisers and up to 30 meters for drier flowable limes, gypsum, basalt, sand, organic fertilisers, other soil conditioners & bulk products.

Performance, capacity and accuracy are all combined in the AS3000 Series to 
offer precision infield spreading to the larger farming and contracting enterprises while also especially suitable for controlled traffic farming, to meet the demand of increasing tramline working widths.

Available for the moment in three model sizes:
AS3120 single axle. 11.9m3 or 13.7m3
AS3150T tandem axle. 17m3 
AS3220T tandem axle. 21m3.

The outer disc & conveyor designs each 3.05 mtrs from center are engineered for high ground clearance; the disc height at 850mm kept high for crop clearance, rough terrain/conditions and achieving maximum spread width for a given product type.

A PTO hydrostatic tandem hydraulic piston pump system is integrated to achieve the required oil flow per/min required to meet the application rates at these wider spread widths & forward speeds.

The ISOBUS compatible software interface controls all aspects of the spreader including priming to preload the conveyors with product on initial start-up and stationery clean out functions. It features an ISOBUS automatic electric rear door actuator control, fold up & unfold positions of the conveyors, left & right independent headland border control & SCS 10 x section control.

Manual folding out wing deflectors for additional wind protection, and a new sprung drawbar design, all as standard options.
