AgriSpread Expands Presence in Norway 

AgriSpread expands presence in Norway with new importer and distributor Traktor & Landbruk covering the whole of Norway in association with their group dealers NT Maskin AS and Elverum Maskin AS. 

David Murphy MD of AgriSpread said “This is a great new partnership, we are delighted to have Traktor & Landbruk on board as new importers, who will help grow the AgriSpread brand & give us access to a larger market in Norway”.

Traktor & Landbruk are also a distributer of McHale farm machinery and Cashels Engineering equipment which is part of the cluster of major Irish exporting engineering companies based in the Mayo region of Ireland, along with AgriSpread. 

Traktor & Landbruk have been distributing fertiliser and lime spreaders for many years and have a wealth of experience and knowledge amongst their dealers and customers. 

The owners of Traktor & Landbruk AS, including Steinar Kolnes, visited the factory and were impressed by the quality and finish of the spreaders.

"It looks very good! Both components and product quality indicate that this is a premium product. 2026 will be a start-up year where we will first and foremost get to know the products in practical use. We have a very good dialogue with the factory. All markets have their specialties, and the factory is committed to customising the spreaders for Norway, so this will be good," stated Steinar.

“The first spreaders have been put into production and we look forward to having them in Norway in the near future”, said General Manager Leif Ingvar Undheim of Traktor & Landbruk AS.

Magnus Østby of Traktor & Landbruk said that the first AgriSpread spreader has been sold to a customer in Trøndelag.

They have a large customer base with several other interested customers. 

“I think the mid capacity models in the AS2000 Series range, with precision equipment will be most relevant here in Norway” added Magnus. 

Traktor & Landbruk and their dealers will provide full technical support, parts and service in Norway and are fully committed to support dealers, farmers and contractors across the country. 

The first spreaders are expected to arrive in the country over the coming months.
