Established in 2006, AgriSpread is a family owned and operated, second generation business with over 50 years manufacturing experience with an established reputation for delivering high quality, reliable spreaders and associated equipment.
AgriSpread specialises in the design & manufacturing of agricultural, amenity, construction & custom machinery and equipment from their purpose-built production facility in Co. Mayo, Ireland, which has the latest engineering technologies, processes, together with a skilled and dynamic team.

02 Auto Rate ControlWith ISOBUS dynamic automatic rate control, the product flow is constantly measured and automatically adjusted to maintain a precise application rate per/ha.
03 Load CellsLoad weight cells are mounted on a double chassis design which ensures they are shock proofed. Four-point load cells ensure spreader accuracy at all times with all products.

The AS Series precision spreaders deliver the target rate at the highest level of accuracy, whether spreading fertiliser, lime, gypsum or manure.
The AS Series is independently certified to spread fertiliser to 36m and lime to 12m.

There are various disc & spreading setup options for fertilisers & flowable products to achieve the following spread widths:
12 – 18 meters
18 – 28 meters
28 – 36 meters
2K Spreading Deck System
The AS Series comes with a completely re-designed stainless steel spreading deck system with adjustable rear deck positioning. Spinner speeds are set from the cab based on the product being applied and spread width required. The spread width can be fine-tuned by adjusting the deck forward and back. The operator can set the spread bout width with the deck and pattern distribution with the vanes.
The new two vane spinner design, one long and one short, creates an accurate and adjustable placement of product across the spread width. With the development of more fertiliser products options and blends the moving deck gives more options for settings to adjust for maximising accuracy and placement.
Section Control
AgriSpread offers optional Section Control. The SC Full Section Control covers 16 sections across the working width, operating in conjunction with field shape and GPS map data alongside the auto shut off for headland and border control functions to reduce over and under rate application.
And most importantly a reduction in fertiliser requirements from 5-15%.

Variable Rate Application
The AS2000 Series includes AgriSpread’s Variable Rate Technology (VRT) as standard across the range.
Variable Rate Application utilises a pre-planned prescription map to optimise the use of products across fields where there is a variability in soil and crop nutrition.
The ISOBUS user interface adopts the precision map to control the application rate based on the maps formatted information and GPS position.
Variable rates are applied using mapping technology and can accurately apply product with variable bulk density using dynamic auto calibration. Four load cells and a variable speed floor belt guarantees the target rate regardless of forward speed.
